let's get personal.

SOOOO this little gem has left me with 15lbs to lose, I just feel gross and unhealthy so I decided to do a juice/cleanse/fast... I started izocleanze today, they delivered my first batch (at 4am) of juices, liver detox pills and laxatives.. so far I can't say I love the taste (the first one was green with a bite) the one I'm drinking now is red and WAAAY better...but I am looking at this as hitting the RESET button.. so now that I've told you I'm accountable for sticking to it. I'm starting with the 3 day session and if I love the results I am going to do a ten day... eek I've never done anything like this so I'm not sure what to expect and I'm scared of the laxative part hahaha
